Can we prevent corona virus having tuberculosis vaccine in childhood??

Bacillus Calumet Guerin (BCG) vaccine is given immediately after birth to cure tuberculosis.  The vaccine is mandatory in many countries of the world including Bangladesh, but it is not compulsory in many countries of the developed world.  Researchers at the New York Institute of Technology (NYIT), looking for correlations between the coronavirus and BCG vaccine, have found that countries like Bangladesh have applied BCG vaccine through universal policies;  In those countries, the incidence of coronary disease is low.  Indian researchers hope that the vaccine may also play an important role in making coronary resistant.

The BCG vaccine is also considered to be resistant to various respiratory infections.  Such infections appear as symptoms of Covid-1.  Researchers at NYIT say they have been able to determine the extent of coronavirus outbreaks based on a country's national policy on BCG vaccination.

The study was led by Gonzalo Otazu, an assistant professor of biomedical science at the New York Institute of Technology (NYIT).  "In our study, we have found that countries that do not adopt the BCG vaccine policy publicly, such as Italy, the Netherlands and the United States, are far more severely infected than those who do not adopt universal and lasting policies," he said.

According to the study, the rate of coronary death is lower in countries where BCG vaccination is mandatory.  For example, Iran has been making the BCG vaccine a universal policy since 9 years.  There is a coronary mortality rate of 1.5 million per 100,000.  Japan, on the other hand, made the vaccine public in 5 years.  Coronary mortality is much lower in Iran than in Iran.  8.25 per 1 lakh.  Brazil has made the BCG vaccine public since then, in 1207.  Coronary mortality rate in the country is 5.7 percent.

Due to the incidence of tuberculosis in the twentieth century, many high-income countries in Europe withdrew the policy of universal BCG vaccination between 3 and 25 years.  The research report says they found information about BCG vaccine in six countries.  Of these, the principle of universal BCG vaccination is currently in place in 5 countries.  Some of the remaining 20 countries have stopped the vaccine because of tuberculosis, while others believe in the policy of vaccinating only those at risk of being infected.

In an interview to the Indian news agency PTI, experts in the country said they were optimistic about the potential for BCG vaccination in combating coronavirus.  However, it is not yet time to comment.  Monika Gulati, senior dean of the Faculty of Applied Medical Sciences at Lavalley Professional University, Punjab, said: "Every little thing gives us hope.  Now is not the time to say anything about it.  But, hopefully, the BCG vaccine has proven to be completely effective against SARS infections. ”

Deepak Verma, a teacher in the Department of Internal Medicine at Columbia Asia Hospital in Ghaziabad, said: "Covid-1 vaccine has not been discovered, so the study is promising.  But it will take some more time and testing to understand how the vaccine vaccine will work against the virus. "

Rakesh Mishra, director of Hyderabad's CSIR-Center for Cellular and Molecular Biology (CCMB), thinks NYIT's research report is good, but more scientific explanation is needed.  He said, "We know about the study, but there is not much detail from the scientific field.  This is intriguing, but we cannot count on anti-Quid-1 action or policy making.  However, the relationship between the two things cannot be overstated.  I think it will come as a surprise to us.
